Drive unit motor is controlled by inverter, by that way, speed adjustments can be made. The bearings on the chain are heat resistant special bearings. It can be used in ovens at 200 ° C. Automatic lubrication is performed periodically due to the lubrication station adapted to the chain system. There are different types, depending on the material weight.
Webb Conveyors:
It works by moving the trolleys that are lined on the hot forged steel chain at certain intervals on the NPI iron. Trolley types and chain thickness vary according to the weight of the material to be painted. Each trolley has a heat-resistant bearing and a grease nipple on the trolley for bearing lubrication. Webb conveyors are mostly used for painting and transporting heavy materials that do not require precision. There are one or more drive stations, depending on the length of the conveyor line and they operate synchronized.
