In powder coating booths with cartridge recovery systems, powder particles suspended in the air are drawn in by the suction fan and captured by high-efficiency cartridge filters. One of the key advantages of this system is its low investment cost and ease of maintenance. Powder particles do not crumble in this system, and the quality of the reused paint is not deteriorated.

The cartridge filters are cleaned automatically via an electronic pulse system controlled by a built-in circuit board, while manual filter cleaning buttons are also available on the control panel. Air is drawn through the cartridge filter area in the booth, allowing overspray particles to be effectively collected.

A powder collection depot with a sieve is located at the base of the booth. Overspray falling onto the sieve is automatically recycled: the collected powder is sent back to the guns via injectors, enabling efficient paint reuse and reducing waste.

With automated reciprocators / robotic systems, powder application becomes uniform and highly repeatable, even across complex part geometries. The system supports programmable settings and full synchronization between the application equipment and booth functions, maximizing productivity and finish quality.
