Our Powder Coating Booths with integrated cyclone systems are designed to maximize powder recovery, reduce waste, and ensure a clean, efficient coating environment. By separating and recycling overspray, these systems help you achieve higher savings and a cleaner workspace without compromising coating quality.
Each Monocyclone Powder Coating Booth consists of three main components: the paint application booth, the mono cyclone unit, and the filter fan cell. Both the booth and the cyclone unit are constructed from durable galvanized sheet metal, and the paint booth is fitted with high-quality lighting to ensure optimal working conditions. Booths can also be manufactured from stainless steel upon request for special applications.
The mono cyclone unit operates in tandem with the booth, separating powder particles that do not adhere to the parts. Usable powder is returned directly to the booth for reuse, while oversized or unsuitable particulates are captured in the filter fan cell’s third stage, ensuring only clean air is exhausted.
Thanks to this smart design, color changes are quick and easy — simply clean the booth and cyclone unit without needing to replace filters. This minimizes downtime and operating costs while supporting sustainable and efficient powder coating operations.
