Semi-automatic rubber metal bonding application is done in cabins with water curtain. Application is done by 2-axis robot with automatic gun. There is a tray in the cabin to place the parts. The table rotates automatically. Drying is accelerated by blowing hot air into both gray and black adhesive application areas. The adhesive particles formed during the application are kept by the water curtain and nozzles and allow them to accumulate in the pool. Paint particles that are not captured by water are held by separators in the suction section.
Treatment Systems:
Sludge Seperator can be integrated into the separator system to remove sludge from the water curtain cabin. Scraper made of stainless steel; automatically separates the adhesive sludge and extends the life of the cabin. It ensures that the water in the cabin stays clean at all times and also eliminates the need for extra maintenance for the cabin.
