Pre-treatment in spray lines are done by applying chemicals on to products with the help of spray nozzles.
The chemical used in the spray line is sprayed on the material with nozzles. Pressurized spraying of chemicals ensures that the parts are coated and washed.
In the last stage of the spray line, at the exit of the tunnel, high speed air flow is applied to the materials in order to remove the water particles.
Heating Options
Tank heating can be done by electricity, natural gas, hot water (plate or pipe type heat exchanger) and steam.
Blow-Off Zone
With help of powerful air shower system at the last stage of the line, remaining water particles are removed from parts.
Control Panel
Parameters such as product recipes and tank temperatures in dip lines can be easily managed with the help of touch screen panels.
